ENRG Live at Edinburgh Fringe: I had the pleasure of running ENRG’s ‘Live at the Fringe’ podcast. Over 7 days, we made 6 episodes featuring interviews with many acts performing at the 2025 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Additionally, I was in charge of the editing and uploading of every episode.
She Said: A podcast I created in my first year of university alongside two of my course-mates. The podcast revolves around the impact film has on our day to day lives. We covered topical issues such as women’s rights, as well as more light-hearted specials such as Valentine’s Day and the Oscars 2023 live broadcast. We used audacity to edit and Røde equipment for recording.
ENRG Culture: Backstage: During my run with ‘She Said’, I was invited on as a guest to the ENRG Culture podcast to discuss the Oscars 2023 red carpet looks. With discussions of our favourite past looks, what fashion moments we loved and what we didn’t.
Throughout my time at Napier, I have had 3 solo radio shows and was the co-host of another show. My solo shows were all music based, one looking into smaller artists in and around Edinburgh, promoting local talent which included both interviews and pre-released music (2 years running). My other focused on movie soundtracks, looking into the production and meaning of the songs. My collaborative show was more informal and talk based. We would look into many topics such as what was trending, what was going on in our lives and the world around us. During my time as a radio host, I was able to take part in three, 24 hour, charity broadcasts as well as many university open days.
